As Director of Business Development for Siegel & Callahan’s Nashville Office, I cultivate and maintain relationships within the commercial, industrial and residential real estate communities to grow our presence in Davidson and surrounding Counties in Tennessee.

My career in real estate management and business optimization spans more than 50 years. Most recently I was retained by Brasfield and Gorrie as an on-site manager for the construction of Nashville’s first 5-star hotel. Prior to that, I was Regional Merchandise Manager for Save-A-Lot Corporation’s Nashville Division, supporting 107 stores across five states. My responsibilities included investment analysis for new stores and remodels. For nearly three decades before, I was on the Board of Directors for Alliance Foods. In my capacity as Vice President and Operations Manager at Alliance, I oversaw the construction and launch of new stores and consulted with struggling stores to optimize their workflows thereby restoring them to profitability. My management career began at Kroger where I worked for their regional headquarters in Michigan in a variety of capacities from store management to major store resets and rebuilds.

My experience working with property owners and managers across the commercial supply chain and my passion for cost efficiencies fuels my work in real estate tax. Understanding the many issues that affect property value is critical to developing the insights needed to drive a successful tax appeal.

My greatest passion is for my family. With 6 children and 10 grandchildren, life has never been fuller. I am an active supporter and affiliate for Autism Speaks. I enjoy hunting, woodworking and coaching youth sports including baseball and wrestling. I am continually inspired both inside and outside the workplace finding ways to help younger people learn the lessons and skills they need to truly succeed in life. Over the years I have actively contributed to high school curriculums, both by teaching students directly and by sitting on steering committees for curriculum development.
