David’s deep experience in the field of railroad assessment literally began in childhood, while working for his father who was a locomotive engineer. While earning his B.S. in Business and his M.B.A in the night division of the De Paul University Graduate School of Business, David simultaneously worked as a yard clerk and locomotive fireman with the Chesapeake and Ohio Railway, and subsequently served as an assistant superintendent with the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad. As he earned in J.D, from Illinois Institute of Technology, Kent College of Law, David also served as the Director of Financial Planning for the Illinois Central Railroad.
