Javier Murillo

My Siegel & Callahan journey started in 2023 as an Outreach Coordinator for Client Services and Collections. I work directly with our clients to provide support, by managing the firm’s relationships properly, along with optimizing the payment collection operations. My aim is to enhance the communication between our clients and the firm to ensure a smooth flow, meet both client’s expectations and business/financial goals.

Background and Passion

I have a Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance from the National Autonomous University of Honduras and a Master in Organizational Governance & Culture from the University of Navarre in Spain. The majority of my work experience has been in financial institutions like Citibank, where I performed positions such as a business officer, credit analyst, and product specialist.

I consider myself a traveller and a “foodie” with passions in soccer, philosophy, and geography. I can tell most of the countries in the world just by its map’s shape and / or flag.
