Jenna is the Director of Operations at Siegel & Callahan, where she brings a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams, scaling systems, and driving performance across global real estate and consulting environments. Before joining the firm, she led technology and performance management initiatives at Jones Lang LaSalle, where she built a new service line, automated reporting processes, and ensured compliance and KPI success across seven service lines and a global team of 80+. At Siegel & Callahan, she’s focused on creating structure, clarity, and scalable processes to support the firm’s growth — from implementing a playbook for managing thousands of property tax appeals to establishing foundational systems that improve collaboration and delivery.
