Monica Hill

I joined Siegel and Callahan in 2023. As Client Services Coordinator I focus on inbound client calls and requests. I work with clients to address questions regarding the status of their appeals. I help clients understand the appeals process and provide them with information about how long the process is expected to take. I additionally work with the billing team to help clients resolve questions regarding their accounts.   

I am currently studying at DePaul University, with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Environmental Studies. I am also an active member of the Sankofa Black Student Formation and Chicago's Urban Gardening Collective.
